Kraków's notary records from 1810

Did you know that Kraków's notary records start in 1810? 🙂 And the best part — they seem to be complete!

If your ancestors spent some time here, they may appear in one of these books. The pictures show only the indexes — each entry is a separate document (1+ pages) with additional details and signatures.

Throughout Galicia (the Austrian partition of Poland), record keeping started much later, but these earlier Kraków records are still very interesting!

Original documents are stored in the collection of the National Archive in Kraków, reference 29/878/0/2/5.
